From megatrends to new financial services
The client approached Z_punkt with two questions: how will megatrends affect the financial sector? And what potential for innovation is emerging from them? Z_punkt is providing answers to the questions, in close collaboration with the client, in a two-stage process. To start with, financially relevant megatrends are analysed and the future implications for society, companies and consumers are investigated. In the second stage, Z_punkt will identify a number of areas for innovation. These will serve as guidelines for the development of more than 250 innovative ideas involving a team of thirty innovation experts provided by the client. Z_punkt will help select around thirty top ideas in the areas of strategy, products, marketing, sales, infrastructure and operations.
