To boost its innovation activities, the client plans to set up an innovation think-tank that will influence discussions at a trade association level. On the basis of an analysis of best practices in innovation management, Z_punkt is working out different approaches to establishing a think-tank of this kind. Finance-specific requirements play a key role in the development of the concepts. One of the approaches will be selected with the client and future implementation planned. Going forward, Z_punkt will assist the process in the client’s innovation circle.
