As part of a long term focused strategic process, the client, a provider of system solutions in the electrical installation sector, would like to look at the future development of his own sector in greater depth. He has tasked Z_punkt with carrying out a scenario process. Z_punkt is analysing the change in customer requirements and evolving technological and regulatory framework conditions for the company’s various market segments. Several scenarios for future development are emerging in close consultation with the client, which will be augmented in joint workshops involving internal experts and their strategic implications will be examined. The scenarios will then be included as a central component in formulating the company’s five year strategy.
