The client, a major Asian telecommunications company, would like to recalibrate its innovation strategy. Working with the client, Z_punkt is carrying out an innovation foresight project to identify key innovation search fields for 2030. It is based on an image of the future, which Z_punkt has developed from a comprehensive analysis of relevant consumer and lifestyle trends. Their joint work is producing a portfolio of service innovations, which underpin the business potential of the search fields. Among other things the client is using the project findings to put priorities in its in-house research and development on a sound basis.
