Skill and Vocational Development Needs over the Period to 2030

The on-going transformation of work leads to new task fields and results in demand for new skill sets. Comissioned by the Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs), Z_punkt has developed two scenarios for the future of work und investigated the resulting competency requirements, both from a cross-sectoral and an industry-specific perspective.
